Space Rangers is one part strategy game, one part adventure game, and one part space simulation. It has received very good reviews (85% overall average making it one of the highest rated PC games of the last couple of years).

At the heart of the game is a turn-based space combat and trade game in which players fly between star systems with cargo, fighting pirates, or helping defend the galaxy from a new alien menace known as the Dominators.

What makes Space Rangers 2 special is simply the scale of it. The galaxy is alive with activity. There is so much to do. There's adventure, there's mini-games, there's role playing, there's...well everything.
